Our Sapori di Corte – Castello Parma Ham is made using pork haunches that strictly comply with the specifications with the addition of sea salt as the only other ingredient. The careful selection of fresh haunches, the hand processing and the slow maturation in our historical maturation room give rise to a product of unmatched mildness.
